Job Description

Brain Telecommunication Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive (Technical) to join our First Layer support team. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between our customers and technical teams, offering immediate assistance for service-related issues and performing basic diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints and service requests pertaining to network issues.
• Generate service requests in our Oracle-based ERP system.
• Perform initial technical assessments and troubleshooting.
• Accurately log and update tickets in the support system.
• Clearly communicate service statuses and resolutions to customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Telecommunications or IT.
• 1-2 years of customer or technical support experience in telecom.
• Basic knowledge of telecom networks and diagnostic tools.
• Only applicants residing in Lahore will be considered.
