Job Description
Brickclay is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Telemarketing Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, setting appointments, and closing sales on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, fluent in English, and proficient in handling a high volume of calls while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound cold calls to B2B prospects.
- Promote our services and present customized solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads, confidently addressing inquiries.
- Schedule qualified meetings or demonstrations for our sales team.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of telemarketing experience, preferably in UK/USA campaigns.
- Exceptional spoken and written English, with a neutral accent preferred.
- Availability to work night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).
