Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance checks on products and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Utilize sales expertise to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage CRM platforms to monitor and report quality metrics.
- Identify and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of process improvement reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
