Bright Ideas Communications is on the lookout for a skilled Head of Design to guide a multidisciplinary team in crafting exceptional visual, product, and brand experiences. This position combines creative direction, strategic insight, and operational leadership to define the overarching design vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and drive design vision and standards across all platforms.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of designers.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure brand identity consistency and visual coherence.
- Oversee significant design projects and execute design systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field, 8+ years of design experience with 3–5 years in a leadership capacity, and a compelling portfolio.
