Job Description
Bright Pathway is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Customer Service Representative to manage inbound client calls and effectively convert inquiries into successful admissions. In this role, you will provide comprehensive information about our services and actively engage potential clients to boost enrollment numbers.
Key Responsibilities: Address inquiries, maintain client records, dispatch admissions communications, and process payments efficiently.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, exceptional English language skills, prior experience in admissions or customer service, and a proactive mindset.
