Job Description
BroadPeak Technologies is seeking a dedicated Client Success & Support Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate client onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition to our platforms. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations and offering training on essential features.
You will address client inquiries through email, chat, and phone, effectively diagnosing issues, tracking support tickets, and promptly resolving them. Building strong relationships with clients is crucial for enhancing retention and satisfaction.
This role also requires maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions, providing insightful reports on issues, and collaborating with various teams to improve the overall client experience.
