Job Description
Bukhari HR Consultancy’s client in Islamabad seeks an Outbound Sales Agent for an on‑site, full‑time position at Soan Garden. Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. This fast‑paced role focuses on cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn support, and booking appointments with prospects in the US and Canada.
- Conduct high‑volume outbound calls and follow‑up emails; qualify leads using provided scripts.
- Schedule meetings, update CRM, and support weekly KPI attainment.
- Requirements: excellent English, BPO experience, familiarity with US/Canada campaigns, comfort with cold calling and handling objections, and experience with dialers and CRMs.
- Reliable, target‑oriented candidates only. Salary: Rs40,00–50,00/month. In‑person role.
