Role Statement:
- Responsible for planning and organizing inspection related activities.
- Adhere to the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and follow-up of invoices.
- Assistance in tender document preparation.
- Maintaining and updating records.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders and maintaining subcontractor ledger.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
