Job Description
CALL BOX BPO is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Technical Support Level 1 representative. You will provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues with our SaaS platform, documenting customer interactions, and assisting with account setup and onboarding.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of customer service experience (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Fluent in English (Required)
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Islamabad (Required)
Work hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time. Salary: Rs90,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
