Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone calls.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service is preferred.
- Demonstrated listening and multitasking abilities.

- Able to work evening and night shifts.
