Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming calls landing on UAN from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days.
- Maintain a log of complaints and queries.
- Route inquiries to relevant departments or teams.
- Respond to complaints within the established turnaround time.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
