Job Description
Canon Home Appliances is looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will greet and assist walk-in customers, accurately document their concerns, and provide vital information about our services. You will also maintain a well-organized reception area and facilitate effective communication between customers and our technical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally assist customers
- Accurately record complaints
- Provide timely responses to inquiries
- Maintain an updated list of customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Preferred Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
