Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Outbound Call Specialists. In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospects in international markets, focusing primarily on English-speaking countries. Your responsibilities will include introducing our services, addressing basic customer inquiries, and maintaining CRM records while collaborating effectively with our sales and operations teams.
Requirements: Candidates must possess strong English communication skills, a Matric/Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree, a professional phone demeanor, basic computer proficiency, and a positive attitude. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is vital.
