CCare, a rapidly expanding company that specializes in mobile devices, accessories, and solar products, is actively seeking a Service Center Supervisor for our partner site in Lahore. This results-driven role involves maintaining effective communication with staff, identifying training opportunities, managing escalated service issues, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with audit standards. Occasional travel to other service centers may be necessary to share best practices.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess over one year of experience in a customer service supervisory position, demonstrate proficiency in English, and have a solid understanding of management practices.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
