Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Order Processing Specialist for our AMAZON Account. This role involves managing incoming orders, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process orders from the AMAZON platform.
- Ensure accurate product selection and shipping information.
- Proactively communicate with customers about order updates.
- Maintain accurate records and report issues to management.
Qualifications: Previous experience in order processing or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills and effective multitasking are essential.
This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours. Salary ranges from 15,00 to 20,00 PKR plus commission and bonuses.
