Job Description
CIER is currently looking for a Finance Officer to manage financial operations for a training and advocacy project in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will oversee project finances, prepare financial reports, maintain budgets, and ensure adherence to donor guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project finances, transactions, and payroll management.
- Prepare regular financial reports.
- Maintain budgets, track expenditures, and facilitate audits.
- Ensure compliance with donor regulations and assist with procurement processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management within an NGO.
- Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and financial reporting tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
