Job Description
We are seeking a professional, goal-oriented Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site role. Compensation is PKR 40,00–50,00/month plus 5% commission.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and social media inquiries.
- Present services, pricing, and promotions; upsell add-ons and log all interactions in CRM.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to achieve monthly targets and foster customer relationships.
- Flexible to work rotating weekly days off.
Requirements: minimum 1 year local customer service or sales experience, strong communication and persuasive selling skills, familiarity with CRM systems, social platforms, and MS Office. Energetic and target-driven candidates preferred.
