Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients in software installation and troubleshooting.
- Conduct training sessions on software features.
- Collaborate effectively with the development team.
- Document client inquiries in JIRA.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a minimum of 2 years of experience in software support, excellent communication skills, and availability for night shifts.
