Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide outstanding service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (9-hour shifts).
Salary: $25,00 per month
