Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to manage a high volume of incoming calls, generate sales leads, and foster strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing customer needs, providing accurate information, and keeping detailed records to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Candidates should have proven customer support experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This position requires working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, including a one-hour break.
