Job Description
CONEX!ON is seeking a dedicated Client Success Representative to enhance client relationships and provide outstanding customer service in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions while maintaining effective communication with clients. Proficiency in CRM software to manage client records is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client requirements and create customized responses.
- Ensure clear communication with clients at all levels.
- Manage client records through CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in financial services.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Open to fresh graduates; training will be provided.
- Willingness to work night shifts (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM).
- Compensation: Rs 45,00 plus commissions.
