Job Description
We are looking for a warm and organized Front Desk Officer to become an integral part of our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in establishing a welcoming environment by greeting visitors and managing our multi-line phone system. Key responsibilities include signing in guests, handling mail and packages, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an orderly reception area.
You may also assist with travel arrangements, coordinate office maintenance, and ensure a safe atmosphere for all visitors.
This is a full-time role with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs50,00.00, and will require in-person attendance.
