Job Description

We are hiring an entry-level Customer Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person; promote products and upsell; meet daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs; and record interactions in the CRM. Training is provided — fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.

• Requirements: fluent English (Urdu a plus); sales or customer service experience advantageous; full-time, on-site.
• Benefits: competitive salary PKR 20,00–50,00 (based on experience/performance), monthly target allowance, food allowance, travel allowance for female employees, overtime pay, and performance bonuses.
