Job Description
Corporate Canteen is looking for a dedicated and creative Food Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and testing of new food products and recipes that reflect current market trends and consumer preferences. Your key responsibilities will include enhancing existing products in terms of taste, texture, nutrition, shelf life, and cost efficiency.
You will also conduct shelf-life studies, sensory evaluations, and product trials, ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, along with maintaining precise documentation of formulas and results.
