Job Description
Costa Coffee seeks a full-time Barista in Karachi. Responsibilities include greeting customers; taking food and beverage orders; preparing and serving drinks from simple to specialty beverages and light foods (soups, sandwiches, pastries); answering menu questions and offering recommendations; processing payments; maintaining inventory and equipment (cleaning, troubleshooting, scheduling repairs); keeping the workspace sanitary and organized; suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality; and supporting customer acquisition and menu expansion. Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month. This is an in-person role; candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Karachi.
