Job Description
We are excited to announce openings for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents at Crossnotch Firm. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding support. Your responsibilities will also include collecting customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Must have a laptop running Windows 10 or newer.
- High-quality headset for clear communication.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
Shift: Full-time, 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Salary: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
