Job Description

We are actively seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you’ll handle 600-800 incoming calls, qualify interested customers, and forward their calls to the appropriate agents.

Requirements:

• Good English speaking and listening skills
• Laptop with the latest Windows 10 version
• Quality Headset
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)

Shift Timings (NIGHT SHIFT): 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Pay: Rs 12,00.00 – Rs 120,00.00 per month
