Job Description
Join Dave’s Pest Control, LLC as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Customer Support Department. Located in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi, this on-site position requires a dedicated individual to assist our customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Efficiently managing calls.
- Utilizing CRM software proficiently.
- Providing tailored solutions to customer needs.
- Upselling products as appropriate.
- Fostering strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Possessing a neutral or American accent.
