Job Description
Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift in alignment with US hours)
Delta Gulf LLC is currently seeking a skilled MEP Estimator for our construction projects in the United States. Ideal candidates will possess robust expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing estimation, along with the capability to mentor junior estimators while adhering to tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review construction drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate closely with project managers.
- Lead and mentor junior estimators.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years of experience in MEP estimation, and strong analytical skills are essential.
