Job Description
Designs Tech is seeking Chat Support Agents for day and night shifts in Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 8. The role requires handling client inquiries via live chat, diagnosing and resolving issues, meeting daily chat targets, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Requirements: excellent English communication, strong problem-solving abilities; additional languages are a plus.
