Job Description
Devflovv is on the lookout for a results-oriented Technical Recruiter to enhance our expanding team. The selected candidate will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, establish robust talent pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and organize assessments.
- Prepare offer letters and professionally communicate rejection notices.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent sourcing and communication skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Location: On-site – Raiwind Road, Lahore
