Dexterz Solutions is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an HR Executive to join our onsite team in Parkview City, Lahore. We are seeking a proactive individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, specifically in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This full-time position aligns with US time zones, with working hours from 5 PM to 2 AM PST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the talent acquisition process
- Create job postings and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Work closely with team leads to understand hiring needs
- Manage employee records
- Support employee engagement and performance initiatives
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
