Job Description
The Inventory Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing inventory within our SAP-based warehouse management system at DHL. This dynamic position involves diligent oversight of stock levels and collaboration with various departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the receiving, issuance, storage, and meticulous maintenance of stock records.
- Preparing inventory adjustment reports and coordinating with customers and warehouse teams.
- Conducting both internal and external inventory audits.
- Performing cycle counts and month-end stock counts as necessary.
- Addressing customer complaints and maintaining detailed logs.
- Ensuring timely inventory valuation and overseeing packing and unpacking procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehousing.
- Intermediate degree in a related field.
- Solid understanding of warehouse procedures and policies.
- Proficient management and interpersonal skills.
