Job Description

Location: West Wharf Karachi

Diligent Shipping Services, a premier freight forwarding company, is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating new business and nurturing relationships with our existing clients by effectively promoting our logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients
• Identify and understand client needs
• Achieve sales targets consistently
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients

Qualifications: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales is preferred, although fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. Education level should be at least Matric/Intermediate. Strong communication and goal-oriented skills are essential. We highly encourage female candidates to apply.

Salary: Competitive salary range of Rs25,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month. This is a full-time in-person position based in Karachi.
