Job Description
Diputech is seeking a dedicated Female Customer Call Support Representative to manage customer inquiries and provide effective solutions over the phone. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who thrive in customer-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Resolve or escalate customer complaints.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications: Intermediate education or higher; customer service experience preferred.
Location: Office No. 3B, 3rd Floor, Plaza 100, MM Alam Road, Lahore.
Timings: 10am-6pm (Mon-Sat); Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
