Job Description
Dm Clinical Research Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Workforce Specialist to enhance workforce performance and foster ongoing quality improvements throughout our operational processes. This pivotal role focuses on elevating staff capabilities and ensuring exceptional service delivery through strategic, data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of workforce performance metrics.
- Design and execute effective training programs.
- Create optimal practices for workforce management.
- Initiate and lead quality improvement projects.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management and process enhancement is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is mandatory, and certification in Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
