Job Description
We at DubaiMachines.com, a venture of Athar Business Machines FZE, are on the lookout for a proactive and customer-focused Live Chat Support Representative (Male Only). This role involves managing live website chats across multiple domains, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers, provide accurate information, handle complaints efficiently, and maintain detailed records.
Requirements: Fluency in English, strong interpersonal skills, ability to generate sales leads, and a minimum of 1 year experience in customer support. Preferred education is Intermediate.
Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday to Saturday. Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
