Job Description
Dura Flow Private Limited is actively searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal & Taxation Officer. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to manage legal and tax compliance functions effectively. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, advising management on potential legal risks, and ensuring adherence to all legal obligations.
Your duties will also encompass the accurate filing of tax returns and the monitoring of compliance with tax regulations. Ideal applicants will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Commerce, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and exceptional analytical skills.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
