Job Description
Eastgate Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with efficiently answering incoming calls, emails, and chats while providing exceptional customer service. Our aim is to achieve a 70% first-call resolution rate and an 80% customer satisfaction rate by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints with empathy.
Your duties will include documenting technical issues, staying informed about product updates, and engaging proactively with customers to identify their needs. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 1.5 years of call center experience. Proficiency in English is essential. This position is located in Lahore and requires on-site attendance.
