Job Description
Emenac Inc is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Executive to join our International Call Center Campaign. In this pivotal role, you will evaluate calls, organize quality control sessions, and collaborate with team leaders and agents to resolve quality-related issues.
Your responsibilities will include conducting monthly quality assessments, representing the quality department in daily meetings, and providing weekly updates on quality scores.
