Job Description

Emerging Horizons is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administration Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take minutes.
  • Prepare reports and maintain filing systems.
  • Provide support to visitors and liaise with clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Accounting background preferred.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00 – Rs50,00/month
