Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and proactive Office Assistant to enhance our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, running errands, and providing support to our staff, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Ensure the office, kitchen, and restrooms are kept clean.
- Prepare and serve beverages for staff and guests.
- Efficiently manage office supplies.
- Assist with printing, scanning, and filing tasks.
- Greet visitors and perform errands as required.
Requirements:
- Must live in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
- A valid motorcycle license is a plus.
- No formal education required, though basic literacy is beneficial.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
