Job Description
Emirates Talent Solution, a leading Recruitment and HR Services firm located in Saddar, Karachi, Pakistan, is actively seeking a strategic HR Manager. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 7 to 10 years of HR experience, particularly in recruitment or service industries.
The HR Manager will oversee essential functions such as recruitment, onboarding, policy compliance, and workforce development. The role is pivotal in ensuring legal compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, a strong understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is mandatory.
Compensation: Starting at Rs150,00.00 per month.
