Job Description
ENCS Networks is looking for a talented HR Analyst to become a vital part of our team in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, onsite position with a night shift schedule. We offer residential accommodations exclusively for female employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HR data analysis for informed decision-making and workforce planning.
- Manage and update HR dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate on compensation and performance assessments.
- Ensure the integrity of data in HR systems.
- Assist in compliance with labor regulations.
- Resolve employee grievances promptly.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, proficiency in HRIS, and strong data analysis abilities.
Salary: Rs80,00 – Rs100,00 per month.
