Job Description
ENCS Networks, based in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi, is actively seeking a full-time Corporate Lawyer to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate law, a comprehensive understanding of legal compliance, and exceptional negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate various legal documents.
- Provide expert corporate legal guidance.
- Manage mergers and acquisitions.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal matters.
Salary: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
Work Location: On-site, 5 days a week, from 12 PM to 9 PM
