Job Description
Engineering Enterprises is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily factory operations. Key responsibilities include managing production, quality control, inventory, and maintenance, while developing strategies to optimize efficiency and meet targets. You’ll ensure compliance with safety regulations and mentor a team of supervisors and staff. Experience in analyzing production data for improvement and collaborating with various teams is essential.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management, 5+ years in manufacturing roles, and strong leadership skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is a plus.
