EPOSMATIC, a rapidly expanding restaurant management software provider for hundreds of restaurants in Pakistan and the UAE, is looking for a dedicated Support & Data Entry Specialist. This role is vital to enhancing client operations and supportive functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level support to clients via phone and WhatsApp.
- Assist with software-related inquiries and guide clients in troubleshooting.
- Ensure data integrity for restaurant menus, pricing, and staff information.
- Follow up with clients to verify their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience in customer support or data entry is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills with strong communication abilities in English and Urdu.
