Job Description
We work from 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday, at our office located at G7/4, Islamabad.
Job Purpose: As a Client Relations Specialist at Eqvnox Communications (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd, you will be the primary point of contact for international clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: Answer inquiries, resolve complaints, suggest appropriate services, maintain records, and liaise professionally with clients.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, proven client relations experience, excellent communication skills, and proficient in CRM systems.
