Job Description
Ericsson is seeking a skilled and committed Support Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver data-driven solutions to address customer-reported issues, all while adhering to established processes and Service Level Agreements. Your key responsibilities include identifying, isolating, and resolving faults to enhance network stability, as well as tackling complex operational and technical challenges specific to our customers.
Your duties will encompass leading investigations to resolve customer issues, participating in on-site activities, and managing significant operational problems. Additionally, you will act as the primary contact for Security Reviews and provide your insights on security matters.
