Job Description
We are seeking a strategic leader to build and expand our partner ecosystem across EMEA. You will define go-to-market models, identify and recruit high-impact partners, drive revenue, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale partnership programs.
Qualifications: 8+ years in business development or partnerships, a strong EMEA network, a proven record of closing strategic deals, exceptional communication skills, and experience with startups or technology platforms.
Key responsibilities include developing partner strategy, negotiating agreements, managing pipeline and KPIs, and mentoring a small team to deliver measurable growth.
